1. Cancellation and Changes Before Manufacturing
1.1. You have the right to cancel or make changes to your order if you contact us on the next business day (Monday to Friday) after placing your order. Please note that the manufacturing process begins within 24 hours. This does not apply to Express Blinds, which cannot be canceled or changed due to their rapid manufacturing process.
1.2. If you cancel your order within the 24-hour period after order placement, any funds will be refunded to your Bank Account or Credit Card within 7 days of notification. Please be aware that it may take a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your account due to interbank transfer delays. We are not responsible for these delays.
2. Cancellation After Manufacturing
2.1. Orders cannot be canceled or changed if the goods you have ordered have already been manufactured, measured, or custom-made to your requirements, as these goods are not re-sellable to us. Once we have accepted your order and entered it into our manufacturing process, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.
2.2. If you wish to change your order or cancel it after it has been accepted but before delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via email or our telephone order helpline. Our acceptance of the cancellation will be subject to a handling charge equal to 40% of the invoice value. The remaining amount will be reimbursed to your Bank Account or Credit Card within 30 days of the cancellation notification.
3. Returns and Refunds
3.1. If you are not satisfied with the products you have received, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service department for detailed information and return guidelines.
3.2. The returned products must remain in their original condition, including all original packaging and labels.
3.3. Refunds will be processed after we receive the returned products and conduct an inspection. Refunds will include the purchase price of the product, excluding the original shipping fee. Refunds will be credited to your Bank Account or Credit Card within 30 days of the cancellation notification.
4. Cancellation by Us
4.1. We reserve the right to cancel your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you ordered.
- You require delivery outside of Australia.
- One or more of the goods was listed at the incorrect price due to typographical error or pricing information error from us or our suppliers.
4.2. If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and promptly refund any sum deducted from your credit card or Direct Debit. This will be done as soon as possible but within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment suffered.
